All orders ship from our mill in Pittsgrove, New Jersey.

Shipping cost

Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on your destination and package size/weight, via UPS Ground.

Oversized and freight orders

Orders that exceed standard parcel limits (oversized, heavy, or large-quantity orders) are handled by freight quote. Contact sales@americanacrylicworks.com for pricing and scheduling.

Handling and lead times

Stock full-length items ship in 1–2 business days. Items requiring finishing ship in 3–4 business days. Items requiring a fresh cast cycle ship in approximately 15 business days. Every size we list is a standard mill catalog item — these lead times reflect the mill’s current inventory position, not custom manufacturing. The status for each item is shown on the product page before checkout. Ship dates are business days, exclusive of transit time.

Lead times are estimates and may vary based on order volume and mill scheduling. If your order will take longer than expected, we'll contact you.

Tracking

A shipping confirmation email with tracking information is sent when your order ships.

Service area

We ship within the United States by default. International shipping may be available on request — contact sales@americanacrylicworks.com with your destination and requirements for a quote. Self-service international checkout is on our roadmap.
