When you place an order, we collect your name, email address, and shipping address. Payment is handled entirely by Stripe — American Acrylic Works does not receive, process, or store your credit card number.

• To send order confirmation, shipping, and tracking emails

We do not send marketing emails without your consent.

Third parties

We share your information only as needed to fulfill your order:

• Stripe — payment processing
• Postmark — transactional email delivery (order confirmations, shipping notifications)
• UPS — shipping and delivery
• Google Workspace — business email

Order fulfillment

Orders are fulfilled by US Cast (the manufacturer). Your shipping address is shared with US Cast to ship your order.

Data selling

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party.

Data retention

We retain order records as needed for business, tax, and legal purposes.
