What's returnable, what's not, and how to start a return.

Custom-cut pieces — non-returnable

Custom-cut items (cut-to-order pieces) are non-returnable and final sale. These pieces are cut to your specified length and cannot be restocked. This applies to all orders where a custom cut length was requested.

By placing an order that includes custom cuts, you acknowledge that those items cannot be returned or refunded.

Full-length stock — returnable within 30 days

Standard full-length stock items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, subject to all of the following conditions:

  • The item may be returned even if opened, but it must be repackaged properly in suitable packaging that protects the material in transit.
  • The item must arrive back to us undamaged. Items damaged in return transit due to improper packaging are not eligible for a refund.
  • The customer pays return shipping.

How refunds are processed

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 30 days of receipt. Refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe.

How to start a return

Before shipping anything back, contact sales@americanacrylicworks.com with your order number to receive return instructions and authorization.

Do not ship returns without authorization — unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
