For process engineers, industrial designers, and equipment builders

Thick-wall cast acrylic for process and industrial use.

Clear cast acrylic cylinders sized for pressure, conveying, and viewing applications. 10″, 12″, 14″ OD, walls ¼″ to ½″. Certified, made in our New Jersey mill.

Why cast, not extruded?

Where it fits

Sight glasses & process viewing columns

Certified, traceable material for chemical, food, and pharma viewing applications.

Pressure vessels & viewing sections

Thick-wall stock for engineered vessels. You do the vessel engineering — see the caveat below.

Pneumatic conveying tubes

Clear runs that let operators see a blockage instead of guessing at one.

Bioreactor & photobioreactor columns

Optical clarity for light penetration, with batch traceability for the QA file.

Wind tunnel & flow visualisation

Test sections where you need to see the flow, not infer it.

Custom industrial cylinders

Tell us the dimensions and the environment. We'll tell you whether cast acrylic is the right call.

Where our responsibility ends

We supply cast acrylic tube stock certified to ASTM D5436. You engineer the vessel — pressure rating, end caps, and safety factors are your responsibility. We're happy to talk through the material spec, but we don't do vessel engineering.

Why cast
  • Structural integrity at thick walls ¼″ to ½″ walls, cell-cast rather than extruded, so the material isn't carrying process stress before you load it.
  • Optical clarity for viewing operations If the point of the section is to see through it, cast is the material that stays clear.
  • Batch-traceable for QA and regulated environments Every order ships with a certificate of conformance naming the cast batch.
  • US-cast Matters for government and defense contracts with domestic-origin requirements.
